Mommy to Bee Shower

Recently we had the pleasure of being a part of a beautiful community event. A local nonprofit, Angel’s Closet Family Services, sought us out to decorate for their 2nd annual community baby shower. We jumped at the chance!

The community baby shower was free and open to the public. Women were able to apply and express their needs and send an invitation for them and a guest to attend.  

During the shower guests ate, played fun baby shower games, and were showered with gifts, clothes, and supplies for their bundle of joy. 

When we were asked to join this amazing event we were given the theme and free range on what that looked like. We love a good themed event so we didn’t hold back to kiss every portion of this event with elegant bee decor.

For the color scheme, we decided on black, mustard, and ivory/desert sand. We draped each table with mustard cheesecloth table runners and created neutral floral centerpieces using our elegant black vases. 

To add to the beautiful design we set up a wood wall and balloon garland, added a honeycomb desert stand, set out honey wanted, and kissed everything with little bumble bees.
